Having spent the last 30 years investing in residential and commercial property within the UK and abroad. We realised that not only are we paying a large percentage of our profits to agencies, who were previously managing our portfolio of properties, the properties were also not being managed to the standards that we expect.

Therefore we decided that our clients deserve a better standard of service and in June 2013. We launched Evolve Asset Management LTD and bought all our portfolio back to being in-housed managed, where we can ensure the quality of service and accommodation is to our standards.

After much feedback and due to the popularity of our quality services, in 2016 we opened our doors to external property owners for our fully managed rental service. We are able to offer our fully managed service to landlords at very competitive commission rates, with all maintenance carried out by our fully certified team of contractors.

In March 2018 we decided to stop charging our tenants administrator fees, we just provide you with our professional 24/7 managed service.
